Seal Roofing provides expert roof certifications. A roof certification is a statement of opinion by a licensed roofer who deems the roof has a life expectancy of up to 3 years and should be FHA compliant.
A thorough roof inspection is carried out to assess the rooftops current condition and uncover any deficiencies. Typically our certification starts with an interior inspection and then moves to the roof, and exterior. We take pictures of the roof from various vantage points and specific trouble spots.
Whenever you roofs ability to shed water has been impacted then we will provide a statement which describes how and why the service life has been or can be impacted. In the event that a roof repair is needed, it must be fixed before a certification is issued. Depending on the items in need of repair they can take a few hours or longer to put right. At Seal Roofing we always provide a workmanship warranty.
If no repairs are needed, a roof certification will be provided by the next day.
